I kind of slacked off in sophmore and junior year. I ended sophmore semester 1 with a 3.67 UW GPA, sophmore semester 2 with a 3.5 and junior semester 1 with a 3.33 ; however junior second semester I tried to clean up my act and got back to a 3.67 UW GPA.

You are a solid candidate for UCM, UCR and probably UCSC. The others will all be a reach due to your GPA.

Both my son’s used Schoolinks.com for chances and it was not very accurate. Some of the schools which gave them a high chance for an acceptance ended rejecting them and some with a low chance for an acceptance were schools that they got in. Using the common dataset for each school and published applicant profiles, gives you a better chancing I feel. It cannot hurt to use these sites but you need to remember, no one can predict any schools admissions since essays, LOR’s and EC’s are also factored into the whole application package.

Strong ECs. UC Berkeley and UCLA might be a bit of a reach, but who knows?
