Do I have the right stats to get into these colleges?

I'm currently a junior at a large (over 3000 kids, over 1000 kids in my class alone) high school which is known for its academics, sports, and arts across Pennsylvania and the United States.

I'm looking at colleges because the time has come for me to pick and choose where I want to go, but as it goes for many people, I'm want to go to great schools, however, I don't know if my stats are good enough to get me accepted.

The colleges I am looking into are: Yale, Penn, Cornell, Johns Hopkins, Carnegie Mellon, Syracuse, Northwestern, Notre Dame, Chicago, Rochester, UC Berkeley, UCLA, Southern California, Duke, Emory, Case Western, Lehigh, Vanderbilt, Brown, George Washington, Wake Forest, Bucknell, Tufts, Boston College, Pittsburgh, Wesleyan, the Claremont Colleges, U of Richmond - a long list I know, but I plan on cutting some colleges off the list after visiting some of them in the summer.

I really want to go to Yale though. Everything about Yale is perfect for me, the size, the people, the campus, the academics, the organizations, the life, and the resources. My brother goes to Yale University and will be graduating this semester. I'm not sure if it helps me get into Yale or not. I've been to Yale numerous times and stayed for weeks at times and I love it, and in my college essay, I'm including everything I love about Yale in it, to show that I am passionate to get into Yale and show them that I will take advantage to what they have to offer to make Yale keep its good reputation and make me a better person. While I've been to Yale, I've met with a lot of people who said they got in with a 3.5 GPA or 1790 on their SATs.
