Do I have to report my ACT score?

So here's the deal, I'm not sending in my ACT scores because I'm using my SAT scores for college applications. However, our school required us to take the ACT (they paid for it) without writing junior year. I did relatively poorly compared to how I scored on my SAT.

Scores are below:
SAT: 2330
M+CR: 1600
W: 730

ACT: 33
Math: 36
Reading: 30
English: 31
Science: 35

Normally this wouldn't even be a question, since most schools do not consider the scores of ACT without writing. However, the ACT scores are printed on a part of my High School transcript, so it's inevitable that it'll be seen. I asked my guidance counselor whether I should include it, and she said it would be better if I did so it seemed like I wasn't hiding anything.

Was just looking for a second opinion on this matter, thanks!
