Do I have to tell AO that I did really bad in previous college?

I transferred when I was a freshmen, and now I am a Junior. I did really bad in the new college. So I am going to transfer again. But I am planning to use my first year's transcript to apply for sophomore.
Do I necessarily have to tell that I did really bad in my sophomore year, or can I just skip my second college experience?

This is urgent. Thank you guys.

Read the application, you need to send transcripts from all previous colleges you’ve attended. If you skip your second school, they’ll find it here:

[National Student Clearinghouse](http://www.studentclearinghouse.org/)

But I want to apply as a sophomore, so I don’t think my current sophomore matters a lot. Can I explain that I didn’t really fit the new college and don’t send out the transcript of it?

It’s not what you think that’s important. It’s in the college’s interest to know that you did well or bad at each college. It’s not up to you to erase any college coursework. Send the transcript or you’ll be found out and summarily kicked out.

The answer to your original question: YES

Your college record is your college record, you don’t have the ability to edit out the parts that you choose not to accept.

You can explain that you didn’t really fit into the new college, but you still have to send your transcript from it.
