Do I need an English Proficiency test score to transfer?

I’m currently a sophomore in a university in US, and I plan to transfer in spring 2021. I am a US permanent resident, but my high school was not English-based. Do I need an English Proficiency test score to transfer?

You need to ask the places on your application list. Do not be surprised if each of them tells you something different. Just to what A wants for A, and what B wants for B, and you will be fine.
