People who work out merely as a means to some external end(ie. chicks) are the ones who ultimately falter.(especially when their goals are finalized through marriage) These are also the ones who tend to focus on bench press and curls while avoiding back
and leg work. I’ve seen it all the time at my gym. Frat boy lifters, I like to call them; guys who you know aren’t in it for the long haul.(no offense to those in frats, I know this is highly stereotypical and derogatory)

Some can go into the iron game with that attitude and do a complete 180 and become lifetime lifters, however.

Even if not all girls are attracted to the huge bodies of the more hardcore builders just about every girl do care about a guy having the toned body you get from doing regular exercises.

It is the same as how a woman without muscles looks like ****, that doesn’t mean that women should build a huge set of muscles but they should work out a bit so that they get the healthy young look.

My Brother eats a *****load and is in good shape, but is 6’1" and 125 pounds. His doctor said there are not any problems really, just a fast metabolism. Don’t automatically assume that skinny people don’t eat anything or have some problem

OP is not going to die at his current size or anything like that… but if he wants to fill his body out he could certainly stand to gain at LEAST 15 more pounds.

I weigh anywhere in between 125-130 depending on fluid intake, but I’m only 5 foot 5. I’m pretty cut, but not huge. I still get called buff and I plan to work out over the summer before college and during. :D

6 foot 1 and only 100-120 makes me think of a holocaust victim with bulimia… no insult intended… that’s just the image I see. O_O
