My Schools:
Georgetown (will be applying Early Action)
George Washington
American
Tufts
NYU
Columbia
Brown
Boston University
Northeastern
Wellesley

I kno my school list is pretty high but could you tell me what my changes are at these schools? Thanx sooooo much!!!!!!!

First off, don't worry about it, you're a lock for Wellesley, NE, BU, American, and GW, got a very good shot at GT, NYU, Columbia, and Brown. Nonetheless, I may not be an AdComm or anything, but a long list of EC's that are varied in subject is tough to interpret. How many pianists and community service addicts do AdComms see. Instead of having a laundry list of EC's, figure out some EC's that represent what you have a passion for.

And not gonna lie - I get a little annoyed when people with near perfect grades, SAT's, EC's, etc ask "do I have a chance".....obviously you do, and you're obviously a smart person, so I would think you'd know that too.. So, for a lot of people, when they see threads like this, they get a little insulted because the thread comes off as a way to just boast =) regardless of that being true, its just the way it seems

wow, you are so modest, as in not applying to HYPS. people with your stats shouldnt compete with us common folk!

Reasonable list, good shot at all.

hey, just out of curiosity, how is it that you got to be fluent in chinese and spanish?

First of all I'm sorry if I come accross as boasting, I'm really not trying to be. Its just I kno people who've had stats as good if not better than mine who'v been rejected from places like Gtown, brown, and columbia.

The reason I speak chinese and spanish is because in my school we hav 2 b fluent in a second language in order 2 graduate so I took chinese for that. The reason i speak spanish is cuz at my old elementary skool we started spanish in 1st grade and i continued it through middle school. Plus i had to use it wen i went to equador.

I should probably explain how i got into special olympics. My mom is the local coordinator and my little sister is autistic so I started out volunteering there really young. A friend of mine who also has an sibling with special needs and I go to the coaches clinics and we run part of the practices. We also are in a unified relay team where we run a relay with two athletes and compete in events with them.

Might want to look at Duke and add some LAC's like Colgate or Holy Cross.

thanx i'll look at them

Very cool with the Special Olympics. You have a safety/financial safety with Northeastern and some strong matches so you will be fine in any case. Your ec's and activities all sort of go along with the IR major - show an interest in and respect for all types of people and cultures. Go for it, and best wishes for a wonderful April next year!

thanx for the help!
