Do I Stay or Do I Go?

Hi there,

I hope this is the appropriate section for this thread. I have a lot of decisions to make and only a few days to make them.

Some background:
I had a rocky high school career thanks to lots of family health problems. I ended up getting my GED and attending a community college. I maintained a fairly high GPA and eventually transferred to ASU’s WP Carey School of Business. WP Carey is a great program, but my main motive was that I was supposed to get married and ASU was the only school my (now ex) SO got into.

Where I am now:
I’m currently a senior at WP Carey going for a BS in Economics. I had to return home for some time (to be caretaker to an ill family member) and my schooling was thrown a little off track. I’ve finished my minor in Poli Sci, but I won’t be done with my Econ BS until next December due to the order that the classes I need are offered. I could finish up a BA in Poli Sci in May if I wanted to or I could stay until December and get my WP Carey BS.

The twist:
I was just offered a job that would require me to graduate in May and move across the country. This particular company has great connections with top business schools and offers tuition reimbursement.

The problem:
I wouldn’t be able to get my WP Carey BS in Economics. I’m worried that a Poli Sci BA from ASU would make it impossible to get into a top MBA program and my GPA is significantly lower than it would have been had I not been pursuing my Econ BS.

DO I GO FOR THE JOB OR STAY IN SCHOOL?

My vote is go for the job!
