Do individual SAT subject tests count as one score report?

I used a fee waiver while registering for Math II and Physics but I didn’t check the “send score” option while registering. Since I used the fee waiver, I have 4 free score reports, but I’m confused on whether if each individual subject test scores means one score report (Math II = one report, Physics = one report) or if one sitting’s subject tests means one score report.

I tried looking it up online but everything seems vague. So for one score report, does it mean an individual subject test or one whole sitting?

The fee waiver provides four free sends of scores, e.g.,if you send all your SAT scores and subject tests scores in one send to a college (which College Board does unless you exercise score choice and choose to exclude one of your tests), that uses one of the four. If you instead send only a single test to a college, that also equals one.
