Do schools let you in based on your looks?

everyone at deerfield especially is so good looking. they are all blonde and pretty
same at
hotchkiss
choate

not so much andover or exeter though

hahahaha…loved this thread. If this was the only criterion then I’d never be able to attend a prep school there!
Although i have never attended one, being schooled in India.
But you thread caught my eyes.
Carry on Hades!.
All the best

Fail thread

Let’s be honest. The impossible scenario in which two identical applicants–one a hot blonde and the other, well, not so much. If the admissions officer (male or female) had a look at the two, I would say that the hot one MAY have an advantage. Again, this is an impossible situation, and it has no material impact–to my knowledge.

This may be why some schools require a photo nowadays… But legally they are obliged to admit people that are better looking… Not all kids at Deerfield are good looking, that is a broad generalization. But kids at Exeter are all funny looking because they don’t get enough sunlight way up north in NH. (JOKE)
