Do scores come out July 1st?

When exactly will AP scores come out? Also, will they all go online at the same time?

Nope, July 1st isn’t the day! This is the first year of the new distribution system, and the scores will be released as follows (by physical location):

On July 8th, scores will become available for all. Make sure you have your AP number (from the test) or a SIF number if you put yours on the Scantron. Remember, it’s only on the certain day for the geographic location. Someone in Maryland cannot access their scores on July 7th, and someone from Washington cannot access theirs on July 5th.

I thought those earlier dates only applied to people who needed to get their scores to college ASAP?
don’t scores come out on the 8th for everyone who isn’t sending them to colleges right away?

“All students will be able to view and send both 2013 and past years’ exam scores as of 5 a.m. EDT on Monday, July 8. However, to accommodate students who need to send scores to colleges by July 15, there will be early access to the online system at scheduled times, based on student location. Students will receive an email shortly before early access begins with reminders about how and when to access their scores.” The accommodation is for those students, but it allows everyone to see the scores early  You’re right though, on the 8th, everyone can see their scores; but on the certain days, people can also see their scores a bit earlier c:

Hey Vctory, thanks for the info. I also have another AP question that someone might be able to answer.

I’m only a rising junior, I don’t really know where I will apply. So, when the AP exam told me to put the college ID down for the colleges I want to send my score to, I left it blank.

Was that a mistake? What do most people do? Will it cost more money when I send them with my college apps in fall 2014?

No, you only need to indicate a college when you take your AP exams as a senior. You won’t need to send in an AP score report with your college applications, you send your scores only to the college you end up attending.

And… Is it possible to see it early if we go to our college website? They better send it out July 1st :P

AP Trevor has been tweeting the AP score breakdowns. It’s pretty scary to look at if you took ap World Hist or AP Calc AB (30% scored a 1) etc…Check him out.

It depends where you live as the scores are rolled out in waves.
