Do they help?

Im a canadian trying to get in at an Ivy League (hoping for harvard, but applying at brown)

I just need to know, which ECs should i include, and which i should not bother with.

-Bronze cross in swimming (seven years of swimming maybe? but ive stopped for about 4 years now lol)
-Top 25% Gauss math contest...certificate of distinction
-attended Queen\s university to study molecular bio, n have university orientation (it was really more for fun than anything, although we did have to apply, not many people got rejected)
-part of the enrichment committee at my school...organizing an "enrichment opportunity" lol. i guess it could be seen as a leadership role, since i dont have mmany, but i dont know how good it looks.
-blackbelt in tae kwon do
-level 3 sailing
-attended ontario science olympics on a team....but we didnt place in any of my events lol

bummmp.......

perhaps international deadlines are later, but i think the harvard and brown deadlines have both passed.

^ yikes...

oh, he/she might be a junior though...idk

im a sophomore (well, i think...we dont use those terms in canada)
grade 10

oh, tons of time then. admissions committees like to see focus and passion. pick two things that you like, and focus mostly on those. they'll like that a lot better than a laundry list of ECs.

oh, and swimming is irrelevant. you shouldn't include things you didn't do in high school.

okay thank you
