If colleges can see where else you applied? Or if colleges can see if you applied anywhere ED? Or if interviewers know where else you applied besides what you tell them?

some colleges ask where else you have applied.

George Washington asked me where I applied. I specifically made it known that I didn't apply to Georgetown.

I don't think colleges can find out anything like that unless you tell them. Sometimes, there are spots on the application for that, sometimes it's asked in interviews, but unless you're blacklisted or something, they have no other way of knowing.
That being said, I don't know your motive for asking, so I'll just say this: it's best just to answer the aforementioned questions honestly. If an application asks you if you applied elsewhere ED, just say yes, because you could get in big trouble for lying.
Best of luck with applications :)

Okay, thanks guys!
