Do you think I could handle this schedule (for junior year)?

I was planning of self studying APES this year, but apparently I can't because my school is going to begin offering it NEXT year (my junior year). So, I had to change my projected schedule for next year. Does this seem to be a solid schedule (aka I can get good grades/balance all of them)? Or are three sciences too much?
(I'd also have to balance this schedule with varsity tennis)

AP Calculus BC
Physics H
AP Eng. Lang. and Comp.
APUSH
APES
AP Biology
Research Based Analysis 2 H: Forensic Science

I realize that it's pretty early to be considering schedules for next year, but I might need to self study/change something around now so that my workload isn't too crazy next year. Any suggestions/advice?

APES and Biology tend to work nicely together for the most part, and both tend to be more memorization than anything else - I don’t know what the reputation at your school is, but H. Physics is considered a lot more tame than AP Physics for the most part.

AP Calc BC could be a cake walk or it could be a living hell depending on where you are in terms of your math knowhow. A lot of kids thrive, others drown.

AP English Language and Comp is really easy for the most part - me and my friends all did relatively well, kids who were more English oriented really excelled and even STEM kids did decently. Easy 5 on the exam if you put forth minimal effort.

APUSH is insane.
Like, mind numbingly insane. I loved it and hated it at the same time. It is so much information, so much detail, and a lot of it is wicked boring, but at the same time, I really enjoyed certain parts of it. History buffs will enjoy it, all others beware, I guess.

Your schedule is certainly rigorous but not impossible. I imagine that APUSH will give you the most grief in terms of homework (I had about three hours a night for it my Sophomore year) - but with proper time management and studying, you should do well.

This probably isn’t the best source to ask these questions, as many courses offered at your school may have a different reputation than other schools.

APES at my school is a joke except it’s a lot of work… easy 5 if you memorize things.
AP Bio at my school is insane. It’s just memorization, but the teacher gives the students as much work as 3-4 AP classes. (3-4 lab reports, chapter outlines, and 1-2 projects consistently throughout the year)
AP Calc BC at my school is only offered as a block class with AB, and it has a really hard reputation. Very difficult, the teacher is a genius and he makes the tests pure AP exam questions.
AP English Lang is easy even if you aren’t an english kid. Most people excel if they are smart and study.
APUSH is insane at my school. The teacher is very hard but most people get a 4-5 on the exam. At other schools APUSH is a joke and is laughed at. Some people get 100+ in the class but only a 1 on the exam.

If you want legitimate information, you might want to ask people around at your school or even the teachers. Shoot them an email or talk to them in person. That’s your best bet

Is it doable? Yes, you’ll be fine.

Thank you! I was really worried about some of the classes, but this cleared up some of it up.
