Do you think that a lot college admissions counselors are depressed?

<p>This thread has gotten off track from the original topic (which if stuck to would have made it a very short thread, by my reasoning). If people want to discuss the ethics of accepting application fees from “autodenial” applicants, then a new thread with that title should be started. FWIW, as usual I think voiceofreason is way off base. The stats for accepted applicants are clearly published for all to see. If an applicant is so far off that they are certain to be denied, which I assume is the definition of “auto”, then they should not be applying. It was their choice to waste their money.</p>
