Well I’m not big at physics myself but you might want to take a look into superstring theory. The basics of that will give you a nice idea of the problems at the smallest levels of theoretical physics.
I’m not going to go into your specific questions, but the problems your arguing with will disappear pretty fast when you read up on matter, energy and all that in relation to space and especially dimensions.</p>
