<p>If you subscribe to the US News college rankings, you can see for each college (under the Tuition and Financial Aid tab) the average merit award and the average althletic award, and what percent are awarded those scholarships.</p>
<p>My question is, how accurate do you think this information is? What motviates a college to give that information out accurately?</p>
