<p>The two top Schools in OC Calif. have everything, great weather, great location, in one of the safest cities in America, excellent academics, etc.</p>
<p>Top private: Chapman University, has Greek, but not require to join.
Top public: UCI, has Greek, but not require to join.</p>
<p>Santa Clara University, frats, but not traditionally fratty frats, I am told</p>

<p>There are many schools where Greek organizations are popular, but I don"t think ANY school actually requires that students join. </p>
