Okay, i know everyone wants a picture, but i have far too m any apps to do to spend time setting up the scanner and reading the manual myself. After wednesday's results hopeful i'll more free time, and then i will set it up myself. This is assuming that bf doesn't help me today.

^....That is so freakin sexist! (re:are you blonde...)

hotpiece: I'm not sure what the equivalent is called. All you really need is a program that can open up bitmap and jpg files.

Oh, and DHA, I'm not a blonde.

How is it sexist? It would be like haircolor discriminatorish. lol. The thing was that I dated this hot blonde chick once and like it wasnt appropriate when they were all comp whizy. Usually they do their nails, hair etc, and thats more proper and nicer :) (just like elle woods, hotpiece) lol

Okay, I admit that maybe I spend an inordinate amount of time on hair and makeup and nails, but i am far from an airhead blonde.

"Okay, I admit that maybe I spend an inordinate amount of time on hair and makeup and nails, but i am far from an airhead blonde."

Oh cmon, who is being discriminatory now"? lol

uhh...^ you are.
because you're only applying the "ditzy" stereotype to blonde women but not to blonde men.

actually..the very fact that you're applying stereotypes to women at all is sexist.

I'm a hot Indian girl

Well sorry to break it to you hunn, stereotypes are based on the truth. Blonde men...well, thats a different story...

omg that reminds me, my regional adcom is so hot!! I swear when she came here, the guys around me could not stop starring at her. it was funny lol (she was brunnete btw)

I know this one blonde computer whiz. She's not a natural blonde though.

EDIT: And on second consideration, she's less of a computer whiz and more of a computer... um... competant.

wth? give me a break.
stereotypes = applying a the characteristics of one or a few people to every person in that group.
that would be pure falsity.

not to mention the condescending "hunn" was completely uncalled for.

(haha...there are reasons why people at my school consider me a crazy feminazi, mainly because I get worked up over little things like this)

i'm blonde but i don't act like it...

my alumni interviewer kind of hit on me. is that a problem?

see, this is what I take issue with. If I see an unattractive person, I am not going to start bashing them, telling them they are ugly. However, when they are clearly not attractive and they swear they ar the *, then it *es me off. Then I let it go. Then they keep going, so I resort to shoving in their face that they are not.

How am I a hypocrite? Get over it, and stop pretending.

cookie monster, I don't know if it's a problem but it's really inappropriate.

My interviewer told me to go to MIT. Is that a problem?

"my alumni interviewer kind of hit on me. is that a problem?"

Wow, lol I would be proud of that... My interviewer was sort of attractive, and I being the super hot person I am (lol kidding, humor me, but not about the hottness) had a great, very super informal conversation (involving me telling her to "take care")

hahaha i like you dha. we would get along in real life i'm pretty sure.

do harvard alumni interviewers tend to be younger or older? mine was fairly young...graduated in '99 i think.

OMG, cookie monster. My alumni interviewer hit on me, and he was like 60. He kept saying that i reminded him of his son's beautiful wife. I was a little skeezed out, but i dealt with it.

hahah yeah, dha. he was class of '05 and he cursed and was really casual. he was late to the interview and seriously looked like he'd just rolled out of bed. it made me really happy to see someone who graduated from harvard as a real, imperfect person.

well there ya go

what were your interviewers like?
