Hi

I just got a letter from my college which give me an estimate amount of grants that I will be receiving from the government.

Does an estimate letter like this from the college usually accurate in term of whether or not you "actually" going to get the fund later on ?

I'm kinda worry because now they required me to submit all of my parents and mine 2008 tax return form, I sure hope they are not second thought my Fafsa application or something =/

As long as your FAFSA accurately reported what is on your 2008 tax forms then nothing should change. Obviously if your FAFSA did not accurately report what is on your 2008 tax returns then your EFC will change and so will your aid.

Ah, if all they need is to verify the information between Fafsa and Tax Return for accuracy then I have nothing to worry then since all the stuffs that I reported on my Fafsa is exactly what it is written in my Tax Return

Here I was all worry cause I thought the information on Fafsa wasn’t enough and now they need to do a more throughout check with my tax return documents to determ my eligibility again >.<
