<p>This is probably the hardest part of trying to write a 12-scoring essay for me, is writing a good, interestiing intro. I don't wanna always start out repeating the question, because that's sometimes boring. Advice would be greatly appreciated - thanx much</p>
<p>a lot of books say that you should get to the point right away, but capture your audiences' attention. don't make the opening too long, just make it interesting.

<p>a safe thing to do is repeat the question and list your points. an okay intro isnt going to affect the difference between an 11/12, a 9/10, etc. they are really focusing on the body paragraphs, the meat, of your essay. dont worry about the intro and conclusion as much</p>
