<p>I auditioned and was accepted a while ago. It's coming close to a time where I have to decide which university I will attend and I wanted to know if anyone had something to say about the drama department at University of Cincinaati's Cincinnati Conservatory of Music (CCM). Thanks alot.</p>
<p>CCM stands for College Conservatory of Music.
It’s a pretty well respected conservatory, though I think the most well known major is Musical Theater. It has a good drama department, but it’s hard to say what’s best about it in comparison to others, which would be, I think, the basis of your decision, when we don’t know what the other choices might be.
One thing I like about CCM is that it’s not overly competitive. It may not be 100% familial, but it’s certainly not a catty environment where, say, in a dance class, someone would push you to get a better space at barre or make her grand pas extra large to be in the forefront. People are pretty nice :).</p>
