<p>Most people assume 5:00 PM, approximately, because that is what it has been historically. However, note that it does say “evening” on the site–they could come out earlier or later. Honestly, 5 PM is just an educated guess.</p>
<p>The website says the evening of December 15, presumably on the east coast.</p>
<p>So there’s not really a definite time, like the other ivies.</p>
