What does matter is if you are in the mountains or in the direct line of Canadian weather fronts.

With that said, I maintain that you can't compare NYC to Chicago. Comparing White Plains to Evanston may be fine, but using NYC and Chicago as equals just isn't fair.

Both NYC and Chicago are basically flat and both are in the direct line of Canadian weather fronts (by the time the front has moved from Chicago to NYC, the air does warm up a little bit).

"That said, don't let it factor into your decision unless you know for a fact that the cold significantly depresses you."

o crap. ive already committed. wat should i do to adjust?

^^i think the best thing is to get involved...and you should visit right now so you know how great the end of spring and summers are...i live 20 miles away from NU and its almost 90 degrees today. great day for an AP spanish test...just great
