Something tells me that you’re not the most resourceful of individuals.

[undergraduate cornell business - Google Search](http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=undergraduate+cornell+business&btnG=Search)

i have never seen a name for an undergrad biz school before… not even on CC

like this thread for example:
http://talk.collegeconfidential.com/cornell-university/551788-college-cornell-should-i-apply.html?highlight=school+descriptions

where is the biz school…

Cornell does not have an undergraduate business school.

Rather, students study in the Hotel school, AEM (CALS) or Economics (CAS). It sounds like AEM is the program you are looking for.

I second what drewdrop said.

AEM is Cornell’s traditional undergraduate business program, it doesn’t have its own school but is within the college of agriculture and life sciences.

There is also the hotel school, pam, ilr, and econ, and OR which are business like to varying degrees,

can anyone give me a more detailed description of the hotel school

It’s a school that’s also a hotel.

Go to the Cornell website and do a little bit of the leg work

Its a school that studies business with a focus on the hospitality industry. This includes hotels, restaurants, casinos, etc. I’m not entirely sure of the specifics though since I’m an engineer myself so I would encourage browsing around the hotel school website for a few minutes to get a general feel for it. I’ll even provide you the link.

[Cornell School of Hotel Administration](http://www.hotelschool.cornell.edu/)

hotel school provides a great undergrad business experience and is highly recruited by banks, real estate, hospitality vc, hotels, etc. I know a ton of kids who go to the hotel school and aren’t interested in hotels at all. However, I would suggest not going to hotel unless you at least have an interest in working in real estate etc because while you will be taking general finance, entrepreneurship, accounting courses etc they all have a focus on hospitality.

AEM is also a great program for undergrad business, and is also heavily recruited. Business week ranked it the number 8 undergrad business program this year (not sure how much that means), but this is Cornell’s traditional undergrad business program. In my opinion, hotel has more intensive, hands-on group projects than AEM and more of a focus on teaching you how to act professional etc. However, I could never do hotel because of the focus on hospitality.
