Does cornell require midterm gr 12 marks for ED students?

So i'm applying ED, but my high school doesn't have midterm grade 12 marks until mid november! So on my high school transcript, my grades only go up to my final grade 11 marks.

I heard from a friend that Cornell REQUIRES my grade 12 midterm marks before their final decision process? can someone please confirm this??

I suggest calling Cornell to see if you need it. Also you should ask your counselor to help.

Make sure you have all of these:
[Application Checklist | Admissions](http://admissions.cornell.edu/apply/first-year-applicants/application-checklist)
You probably don’t need the midyear report tho

When my D was admitted, an admissions counselor called my D’s GC to see how her 10 week grades were.

It is not required, but if it is a positive trend then you should send it. This is especially the case if an applicant hasn’t taken any higher level courses until senior year and is doing very well senior year. Sometimes if adcom is borderline on an applicant they will call GC to get additional information.

My daughter’s school sent in the official transcript up to 11th grade, then sent in a separate non-official transcript for her senior midterm grades.
