Does "credentials@stanford.edu" usually not reply to emails?

So I recently emailed Stanford credentials with an update of the Regeneron Scholar award (top 300 in the country), and they did not reply.

For anyone else who emailed updates or materials, did the Stanford Credentials team also not reply?

I’m not sure what you expected them to say. Even if the email was not a non-reply address, not all emails warrant a reply. This statement applies to all college admissions offices.

Hey so I also contacted Stanford about Regeneron and they didn’t reply. Basically answered with “Please note that we are unable to confirm receipt of optional materials that are not required for admission. These materials are not tracked in our system.” I wouldn’t worry too much about it.
