Does dual credit course considered to be attending?

<p>On my application, the school asked if I "attended a public college or university". I am in dual credit through a community college in my high school, so should the answer be "yes"? But then they asked if I paid in-state tuition, but because it's dual credit, I don't pay any tuition. I am really confused. Am I "attending a university" with dual credit or not?</p>

<p>Call the college/university in question and ask their admissions office how you should handle this question. They will be able to tell you what to do.</p>
