does hamilton offer more FA to in-state residents?

<p>I know that is it a private college so it should be equal to all, but for the financial aid materials, they wanted the NYS Tax Forms for in state residents.</p>

<p>I also read that about 40% of the student body is from New york state, so does this have anything to do with it?</p>
