If its yes, if I have 5 on three subjects will it affect a lot on my CV?

See this link for how Harvard handles AP courses once a student matriculates: http://oue.fas.harvard.edu/icb/icb.do?pageid=icb.page498253&pageContentId=icb.pagecontent1065010&view=view.do&viewParam_name=asgeninfo.html#a_icb_pagecontent1065010_a_icb_pagecontent825552_apexams

Will having 5’s on AP courses help you in the applications process? It can’t hurt. But, I imagine most competitive applicants have 5’s across the board on their AP’s, so it’s more par for the course, rather than a bump upwards.

You should self-report your AP tests on the Common App, as an “Official” AP Score Report from the College Board will be sent to a college’s registrar’s office and not the Admissions Office.
