Does Harvard interview SCEA internationals?

Does Harvard interview SCEA internationals? I know they do for RD, but can’t seem to find anyone who had an interview during SCEA. If you had one/know someone who had one, did they submit way ahead of Nov 1st? Where were they from?

probably not. especially if youre not from a major city.

I am an international applicant. I just set up my Skype interview with an admissions officer. So yes, they do.
