Does Highschool matter in admissions?

Hi everyone. I am a Korean student studying at an international school in Cambodia. Well, my school has never sent a student to an ivy league school, not even sub-ivys, since it opened in 1997, and i doubt many students even tried applying to such schools.
I'm wondering if this will act as a disadvantage for me. Does your highschool name/reputation matter? Does it decrease my chance of admission if no one has ever applied/been accepted to ivys? Thanks!

Colleges are always looking for great applicants, even if they come from unknown schools. It’s not a handicap like you think it might be. That’s why your performance on thing such as SAT and TOEFL will be crucial to your chances at such selective schools.
