My dad went to Nova for grad school. I heard that if I meet their bar, legacy helps. Can any one share their experience?

Well I know somebody that had the exact SAT scores as I did, who got defered, and I got in. I was legacy, and the other person wasn’t. So I think it helps, but there could easily have major differences in our applications. But Yes, its considered

If you look on www1.villanova.edu, it says that Legacy is considered. My mother was saltudarorian and was acceptd EA, however, my sister was deffered then rejected. So legacy isn’t everything.

I meant my mom was salutatorian; I WAS ACCEPTED EA my sister was deffered then rejected.

Legacy helps a person on the cusp get in, but it won’t make a big difference for someone without the credentials.

Different colleges have different definitions of legacy. Villanova just asks for any relative, vs. some limit it to parent or grandparent.

you can do part time… and slowly make your way in i think
