does stanford accept supplementary materials such as a research report?

does stanford accept supplementary materials such as a research report? I can't seem to find any information about this on their website...
also do you just mail your supplmentary material (with your name and date of birth on it of course) to them? no forms to fill out ? just making sure.

They accept an optional recommendation, but I don't know anything about things like research reports. It wouldn't hurt you to send one in though, the admissions officers are human beings after all, and probably will end up reading whatever you send. Make sure it helps your case though.

No.

from the Applying to Stanford guide (or whatever it's called):

SUPPLEMENTARY CREDENTIALS
Please do not send any additional materials which are
not specifically requested in the application. This includes
school or work resumes, research papers, and writing
samples, as they will not be considered.
