<p>i know the uc server crashed several days before the deadline... does the same happen to the common app? im starting to get worried</p>
<p>Yes. Every server can crash. And it happens every year, and kids are crying on these boards that their app went in late.</p>
<p>Don’t wait until the last minute, and you won’t have to worry.</p>
<p>Yes, it does, in fact, I got a few messages about the server not being available (white screen) or random errors (it says to call technical support, but don’t) and essays failing to upload/uploads may not be detected. Don’t worry about it, these usually come intermittently and just get your application done and send it while you still can

<p>Yeah, I received plenty of these in the past few days. Thankfully, I only have two more supplements to send in. But right around this time it is an awfully painful site to maneuver.</p>

<p>last night when i tried to log in to check the word limit on my last supplement it said the server was unavailable for like a half hour. luckily it worked this afternoon when i was ready to submit</p>
<p>goshhh I’m really going to cry… documents won’t upload! do we just wait? X_X</p>
