Does this loophole in transferring Calculus credit work?

I received a 4 on my Calculus BC exam, which doesn’t give me credit for M408L, which is required for my major. I was looking into taking an equivalent course at Hill College and transferring the credit when I saw that Hill College awards M2414 credit (which is the transfer equivalent to M408L) with a Calculus AB score of a 3 or higher. So I was wondering it would be possible to claim credit for M2414 at Hill College through my AP test and transfer the credit to UT to get credit for M408L. Not sure if there is a rule against that but if there isn’t then this would be a really great way for lots of students looking to get M408L credit without the 5 on the AP test.

No institution will award credit-by-exam unless you’re an enrolled student. You can’t simply walk in off the street and request transcriptable credit-by-exam.
