Does this mean defferral?

Right ...

I still have not recieved my October SAT 1 results. After contacting the supervisor here it seems the package of our answer sheets and stuff have gone "missing" in the mail and they're trying to find it.

This means that unfortunately I won't have a SAT Writing score. In essence my application is incomplete. Pton did email me and say my app was complete but I don't think they would know about my apparent lack of a writing score until its too late :(

Does this mean chances are that I will get deffered?

Don't assume deferral. Have your guidance counselor contact Princeton admissions, notify them that there is a problem, emphasize that you are very eager for Princeton, and see what can be done.

My GC/Principal is already on holiday and non-contactable :(

HELP!!!!

In that case, contact the admission office yourself and explain the problem. I would send a letter, spelling out the situation very clearly.

you don't need a writing score though :S i dont have it either!

That they sent you a complete card means they're all set to evaluate you. You may still get deferred, but it's not automatic deferral because of not having a Writing score. Relax.

Did you get your writing score electronically yet? If you lost the snail mail version, it is irrelevant. All schools are electronically notified of results that you authorize. Therefore, your file is probably complete.

Yeah I checked CB online. The bottom line is that still they haven't got any answer sheets from the test :( so no scores for anyone here. Ironic how they used tracking and now the package is "missing". I wish they would just give me the benefit of the doubt and give an 800 on all 3 sections :D
