Does UF not accept Application Fee Waivers?

<p>I just submitted their application put had to click "Pay Later" because there was no choice to pick for sending in a fee waiver. On their website it says "The application will not be proceessed without the application fee, and there are no fee waivers or postponements of payment."</p>

<p>Anyone, help? This could be a problem..</p>
