Does the ranking of the college for which you got your undergraduate business degree matter when applying to a Graduate Business School? Or is it down to your GPA & GMAT?

Would i be ok going to Northeastern U, getting high gpa (3.7/3.8) and GMAT (hopefully) and then applying for the likes of Sloan, Harvard, Warton, etc.?

Would i be in with a chance?

I have the same question regarding 2 other colleges. Assuming same grades 3.5 or above, good GMATS in your opinion, I would assume the caliber of the school would matter. What do you think the difference would be between Washington and Lee University and Vanderbilt as far as business school? (not to hijack the thread) Do these schools typically feed into specific business schools?
Thank you for your help!
