Does University of Toronto look at all AP scores

Hey, I was wondering if the University of Toronto looked at all AP scores because I got a 2 on one of my APs and one 4 and four 5s but on the website it states that you need a 3 on each of your AP exams. Does this mean I only submit some of my AP scores or do they look at all? Thanks in advance.
