Does Upenn care if we have more than 3 letters of recommendation?

<p>I was wondering if it was a good idea if I supplemented my app with one additional letter of recommendation (from my chem teacher). Do you think the Upenn admissions people would be bothered by this?</p>

<p>I went to a regional meeting and the Director of Regional Admissions said that they strongly prefer if you send no more than ONE supplemental recommendation.</p>
