Does URI waive application fees?

<p>If so, how do I go about waiving my fee. Do I have to visit campus, email them... or what?</p>

<p>If I email them requesting a waiver, will they respond?</p>

<p>And if they contact you instead of the other way around, how soon do they do so?</p>
