Does USC select more students from certain community colleges?

I was looking at the transfer statistics on the USC website and they presented the colleges where most students are coming from. For example, Santa Monica College had 142 students, Pasadena had 70, IVC had 22.

USC does not care where transfer students are coming from.
The stats reflect a desire on the part of the students to transfer, and be able to pay for USC.
