Does Vassar have a woodshop or metalworking shop?

Hey Vassar students/grads!

Does Vassar have a makerspace/woodshop or metalworking shop? Many colleges do, most of the larger and even many of the top LACs. Sometimes they are affiliated with the art department, sometimes the sciences, and sometimes just independent. Google can’t find me one at Vassar but it does not mean there is not one there, especially with such strong art depts.

Looking for lathes, mills, forges, metal ovens, etc. for art projects.

Call the art dept directly. We had some (not at Vassar), but you’d never know they were there unless you knew they were there, if you get what I mean.
