Does working (i.e. minimum wage jobs) look bad compared to internships to grad school admissions?

Internships or jobs are pretty much all the same as far as graduate admissions goes. Most graduate programs care about GPA, GRE scores, letters of reference, and research experience. Your work experience is not really relevant.
