Done with my Cambridge IGCSE O levels. Should I do A Levels or SATs now?

<p>I can only do one of them. All the universities I am applying to are American. Which one should I do if I need a 70+ % scholarship. My expected SAT score is about 1800 and for my A Levels, I expect two A's</p>
