<p>hi i requested to room with a friend and it was mutual (we both put each other's name on the housing form), but we both chose mountainview and hinman as our first and second choices. these are suite dorms so it will be 4-6 people each suite. will our room requests still be fulfilled (with two other strangers) or will we end up getting pushed into the corridor (2-person room)? we both filled out housing on first day it came out so im assuming that we do not need to worry that there is no room in mountainview or hinman for us ... thanks</p>
<p>as a former student at binghamton who lived in Hinman, you both will be together in one room if you requested each other but yes, you will live with 4 other people if you are sharing a suite. If there are no rooms available in those two communities though, you might be put into corridor style but still be roommates.</p>
