Well, I filed at the last minute, but that shouldn't matter because it's a lottery system. It's not first come first serve. I got my fifth choice a double at Foothill.

I got a Unit 3 Double. I can't remember if that was my first or second choice. At least I'm happy I got something that I wanted though. First chioce was unit 3 double mini-suite.

I got a triple at Clark Kerr, and I didn't even request it.

Can someone tell me how these triples are at CK? Do they get really crowded and how are the surroundings?

Also, if you requested a roommate, how do you find out if you got the room with him or not? It didn't say anything in the e-mail or the contract. Does this mean I didn't get my requested roommate?

qtip, lyrical, indiandude: i got the triple at clark kerr (and i as well did not request any triples) too
my tour guide showed me his room when i visited the campus, and he happened to have a triple at CK, and it was really nice/spacious. the area around it is also very nice. my major concern is the distance from everything. i also wonder if they have any music practice rooms like at the units...

^ i don't think so, but the tour guide student just emphasized that you can there are a lot of facilities for physical fitness. somehow their bathrooms gave a bad impression to me when i visited, especially when there was a toilet with a garbage bag over it, marked "OUT OF ORDER"

I also got a triple at Clark Kerr, and it wasn't one of my choices. It's not that big of a deal though, because apparently it's a nice place. I'm just worried that I won't get my roommate request. So, do I have to wait until August to find out about that? We both got the CK triple, so it's still a possibility, but I'm still worried.

Yeah, I know a guy who got Bowles and didn't even list it as a choice. I think pretty much everyone at Bowles is going to go in there grudgingly. I doubt it's that bad.

I got my first choice, Unit 1 Double at Freeborn. If you really wanted a Unit, substance free might have been the way to go. I have a feeling that it increases your chances of getting Unit 1 quite a bit.
