Hi I’m a undergraduate looking to transfer in 2020. I’m the first in my family so I have zero information on college related topics. What UCs have good dorms? Also, what are professors like at UCs?

Each UC is different and there are variety of dorm types for transfers.
UC professors are no different than any other professors at other colleges. There are some excellent professors and not so excellent professors. You can check RateMyProfessor.com to check out any Professors you are interested in taking for your courses.
i know at least several of the UCs have recently added dorm beds for transfer students. I encourage you to tour any of them you are interested in and talk to existing students about their experience in the classroom, on campus and in the surrounding areas.
Go to the housing office websites of the schools you hope to attend. You should be able to access transfer housing options. (Davis has a good system for transfers.)
