I am an FSU freshman starting in August and want to double major - but I am unsure of exactly what I should double major in and the career possibilities for the future.

I love working with children - which is why I chose Early Childhood Education as my current major. I have been working with children the past 3 years and I do enjoy it - but looking at the 50-70 year old employees at the pre-school, I realize I do not want to end up like them when I am that age.

I have a head for numbers and am very organized and business-oriented, therefore a degree in Business would seem very well suited for me. Depending on what specific business related degree I get (financing, accounting) I could work in a bank or some other financial institution.

If I double major in Early Childhood Education and Business - I could work as a pre-school/early elementary school teacher, work at a bank/financial institution or I could work as a Pre-School Director. Are there any other career possibilities? Which business degree would be the best to pursue.

Unfortunately, early childhood and business are both limited access programs - would I be able to do both if I met the requirements for the GPA and whatnot?

Psychology also seems to be a very interesting field - in which working as a psychologist would be a fascinating job - especially a child psychologist. What could I do with an ECE/Psychology degree? Return to school later for an mBA if I still desire business?
